
Quail Soup with Apple, Pear and Sea Coconut
Relieves cough, replenishes qi, moisturizes lungs, and improves immunity
Ingredients: 2 apples, 1 pear, 1/2 liang of sea coconut, 4 quails, 5 dried oregano, 1/2 liang of raw Chinese yam, 5 figs
Method: 1. Remove the internal organs and blood clots from the quail, and set aside; 2. Soak the oyster shells in water; 3. Peel and core the apples and pears; 4. Boil all the ingredients for 30 minutes; 5. Place in the vacuum cooker for another 2 hours.
